淋巴水肿

• 乳腺癌改良根治术后上肢水肿是非常常见的术后并发症，大多数患者不影响日常生活，少数患者症状较重，影响生活质量。

  淋巴水肿是手术或放疗引起腋窝淋巴引流通路受阻或中断，大量富含蛋白质的淋巴液留滞在组织间隙，造成血管内、外胶体渗透压梯度减少，不能有效对抗毛细血管的滤过，大量液体进入组织间隙形成的水肿[1]。它会引起乳腺癌患者身体上的不适，引发焦虑、沮丧、性冷淡及上肢功能障碍，并带来经济压力[2,3]。空军军医大学西京医院甲乳血管外科魏洪亮

  乳腺癌术后3-6个月可能会出现淋巴水肿，生存率提高也会带来淋巴水肿的发病人数增加[4,5]。

  乳腺癌患者术后上肢淋巴水肿的发生原因主要与手术方式、术后放疗、健康教育等因素有关，淋巴水肿在治疗上无满意效果[6]。早期监测、早期干预能使淋巴水肿的不良反应减到最小[7]，健
  康教育工作对淋巴水肿的发生有一定的预防作用，或减轻淋巴水肿的症状[4]。
